With a full-screen experience, larger photo views, map location, expanded property details, and streamlined comparable photo selection for Delta Pitch CMA reports, teams can evaluate listings more efficiently and prepare polished CMAs faster. This matters because it reduces friction in day-to-day workflows, improves productivity, and delivers a more professional internal experience without requiring retraining or changes to how agents already work.

For Your Agents
Agents now have a richer, full-screen listing detail experience in backend property search, making it easier to review photos, see map location, and access key property details in one place. For Delta Pitch users, comparable property photos can also be previewed and selected directly within the listing view, helping agents evaluate listings faster and create more polished CMA reports with less effort. This matters because agents spend less time clicking between screens, can assess listings more confidently, and can deliver more professional client presentations faster.


Billing & Payment Management  - Now Inside DeltaNET 7

Billing and payment management is now built directly into DeltaNET, giving authorized brokerage administrators a simpler, more centralized way to manage invoices, payment settings, and account history without leaving the platform. A new all-in-one search bar simplifies location-based searches, active filters are now clearly displayed as visible tags, and listing cards surface key property details like beds, baths, and square footage at a glance. These improvements also extend across areas like Market Updates, Customer Properties, My Listings, Company Roster, and Customer Lists to create a more consistent experience throughout DeltaNET. This matters because your team can find listings faster, reduce search errors, spend less time clicking through results, and work within a cleaner, more consistent interface across the platform. 

For Your Agents
Agents now have a faster, more flexible way to search for properties in DeltaNET with a simplified all-in-one search bar, visible filter tags, and enhanced listing cards that surface important property details immediately. Delta Pitch: Background PDF Generation

PDFs in Delta Pitch are now generated in the background. Agents can request a presentation and keep working instead of waiting on a loading screen. When it's ready, they'll receive an email with download links, and the PDF will also be available within Delta Pitch.

This is especially helpful for larger, more detailed presentations, where generation time was previously longer. The system will also flag when a report has changed so agents know when to generate an updated version.

No setup is required, and this is now available to all agents.

DN7 Admin - Properties in Motion Widget
We've built a comprehensive new Properties in Motion widget that gives company admins complete control over automated listing video generation and social media posting. This powerful tool allows you to authenticate your Facebook account directly within the widget, set default criteria for which listings should have videos generated, and manage include/exclude lists based on your company's preferences.
The widget displays detailed video information for each listing, providing visibility into the automated content being created and shared for your properties. You can easily review which listings are set for video generation and make adjustments as needed.

DN7 Admin - Enhanced Campaigns Management
We've upgraded the existing Campaigns widget in DN7 to include full administrative functionality previously available in DN6. Company admins can now create new campaigns directly at the company level and have complete control over managing and maintaining all campaign activities. This enhancement brings the robust campaign management tools you're familiar with into DN7's modern interface, providing a centralized location for overseeing your company's marketing campaigns while maintaining the advanced features and flexibility you need for effective campaign administration.

Enhanced Map Drawing Tools
We've upgraded our map drawing functionality by migrating from the Google Maps Drawing Library to Terra Draw, providing improved performance and reliability for creating polygons and circles across all mapping surfaces. This enhancement delivers a more intuitive drawing experience with clear visual feedback—the Draw Polygon button now turns yellow when you're actively drawing and returns to blue when complete or canceled. You can easily exit drawing mode at any time by clicking the yellow button, giving you better control over your map interactions. This update ensures our mapping tools continue to work seamlessly while providing a smoother, more responsive drawing experience.

DN7 Admin - Enhanced Pitch (CMA) Widget
We've significantly expanded the Pitch widget in DN7 to include full CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) functionality for company admins. When accessed by admin users, the widget now provides comprehensive CMA management capabilities, including all the settings and administrative controls previously available in DN6. The enhanced widget seamlessly integrates with Delta Create Studio and automatically opens in CMA mode when working on templates and drafts.
New administrative features include dedicated Layout and CMA Data tabs, allowing you to configure and customize your CMA templates with precision. Clicking on groups or background elements opens their specific CMA properties for detailed editing. The widget maintains all core functionality from DN6, including template creation, rollout management, sharing options, and deletion controls, while providing the improved user experience of DN7's modern interface.
DN7 Admin - Enhanced Groups Widget Management
We've successfully migrated the Groups widget administrative functionality from v5 CRM to DN7's modern modal interface, providing company admins with comprehensive group management capabilities. The updated widget includes a new Pipeline Phases modal that lets you easily reorder pipeline phases via drag-and-drop, with visual color indicators and improved organization controls.

Group editing has been significantly enhanced with better scope management and access controls. System pipeline phases (Hot, Warm, Cold, Closed) are now properly protected with restricted editing permissions, while public groups feature improved Account Types and Privilege Level selections. The widget intelligently shows or hides options based on your administrative level, ensuring appropriate access controls are maintained.
Additional improvements include new dropdown options for group management—you can now delete groups and add tasks directly from the group interface when you have proper ownership permissions. The customer copying functionality has been strengthened to handle duplicate associations gracefully, and group customer counts now update immediately to reflect accurate membership numbers. These enhancements provide a more intuitive and reliable experience for managing your organization's group structure within DN7's streamlined interface.
DN7 Admin - Office-Level Lead Settings
We've added a new "Leads" tab to the Office Settings widget in DN7, allowing company admins to configure lead management settings at the individual office level. This enhancement provides greater flexibility in how your organization handles lead distribution and processing, enabling each office location to set customized lead settings that match its specific operational needs. Access this new functionality through the Admin section by navigating to the Offices widget and selecting "Edit Office" for any location. This office-specific lead configuration helps streamline lead management across multi-location operations while maintaining centralized administrative oversight.

      DeltaNET 7 Admin Updates for Review Widget

      The Reviews widget in DeltaNET 7 has been updated to include functionality previously available in the DN6 admin-side Marketing > Reviews page. Company admins will now see all company testimonials and can use the dropdown at the top of the widget to manage reviews for any office. Office admins will be able to manage reviews for any office they belong to.

      This update also includes the global settings (available only to company admins), as well as enhancements to the review form that allow admins to assign a review to a specific office or agent. Admins will also see updated options in the standard settings form that match the settings previously available in DeltaNET 6.


      Canva Integration Now Available in DeltaNET 7

      We're excited to introduce our new Canva integration within DeltaNET 7.

      This integration allows agents to combine Canva's design capabilities with listing and agent data from DeltaNET 7, making it easier to create personalized marketing materials.

      With the Canva integration, agents can:

      • Design marketing graphics in Canva
      • Bring those designs into DeltaNET 7
      • Automatically incorporate listing and agent information into their marketing pieces
      • Use those designs within their DeltaNET 7 marketing workflow

      This provides agents with greater creative flexibility while keeping their marketing connected to the DeltaNET.


      Expanded Marketing Design Tools with Delta Create Studio

      We're also excited to introduce Delta Create Studio, a more advanced version of Delta Create, now available within DeltaNET 7.

      Delta Create Studio expands the design capabilities available in DeltaNET 7 by giving brokerages and agents greater flexibility when creating marketing materials directly within the platform.

      With Delta Create Studio, you can:

      • Create custom flyers, postcards, and email designs
      • Import existing designs (PDF, JPG, PNG) and convert them into editable templates (admin only)
      • Automatically insert listing and agent data into marketing materials
      • Manage company templates and control agent access to designs
      • Customize designs with more advanced editing tools and layout controls

      Admins also have the ability to manage template visibility, define company branding settings, and control which designs are available to agents.

      Delta Create Studio is available as a widget that admins can enable through Navigation & Access to control rollout within their company.

The new Notifications tab replaces the previous DN6 System Notifications settings, while the Social Media tab provides an updated interface for managing your social media URLs.

          Additionally, we've introduced new configuration options across multiple widgets: The Company Roster widget now includes a dedicated Settings option accessible through the dropdown menu. Under the Company Settings widget, you'll find new Search Limits controls in the Listings section, along with expanded Digital Traffic Report options, including Automatic Reports and Ad Section settings under Messages. Company admins will also benefit from new Transaction Settings, conveniently accessible via a settings icon in the top-right corner of the Transaction widget.

          Support Tickets Widget Now Available in DN7

          We've added a dedicated Support Tickets widget to DN7, bringing the familiar ticket viewing functionality from DN6's Admin Home directly into the new interface. This migration ensures a more unified admin experience as we continue to transition key features to the DN7 platform.

          Conference Room Reservation Approvals & Email Notifications

          We've enhanced the Conference Room widget in DN7 with a new approval workflow setting. When enabled, this setting requires administrative approval for all conference room reservations rather than allowing direct bookings. Here's how it works: when a user requests a conference room, all designated admins automatically receive an email notification to review and approve the reservation. Once approved, the requester receives an email confirmation of their booking. This gives organizations greater control over their conference room scheduling while keeping everyone informed throughout the approval process.

          Regions Widget in DN7

          We've introduced a new Regions widget in DN7 as part of our continued migration from DN6. This widget brings all the region management functionality you're familiar with from DN6 directly into DN7. Company administrators can now view, create, and manage regions entirely within DN7, eliminating the need to switch between platforms for regional organization tasks. This streamlines your administrative workflow while maintaining all the regional management capabilities your organization relies on.

          Release Announcement:

          DeltaNET 7 Automatic Update Enhancements with Opt-Out Option

          We're introducing a new system for how updates are delivered to the navigation and access widget within DeltaNET 7. Moving forward, any company that is not fully customized will begin receiving automatic updates to their CRM pages as we roll them out. This update is being implemented now so you have the ability to opt out before future updates go live.

          To support this, we've added a new "Automatic Page Updates Enabled" indicator within the navigation and access widget. Only companies that see this indicator need to consider action. If you don't see the indicator, there's nothing you need to do.


          Clicking the indicator will open a modal that explains:

          • What automatic updates are

          • Why they're being applied

          • Which parts of your CRM are impacted (either completely uncustomized pages or pages with platform tiles that receive updates)

          From there, you'll have the option to opt out of automatic updates by clicking a button at the bottom of the modal. Once selected, your company will be moved to its own fully customized version of the navigation. You will continue to receive updates to DeltaNET 7 and any existing widgets currently in use, but newly released widgets will need to be manually enabled by your team. After making this selection, the indicator and modal will no longer appear.

          This change allows us to better support two types of clients:

          • Clients using the default DeltaNET 7 setup will automatically receive important platform updates as they're released.

          • Clients with fully customized DeltaNET 7 environments will remain unaffected, preserving their custom configurations without unexpected changes.

          This ensures that updates are applied only where appropriate and prevents features from appearing without notice in customized environments.

          Additionally, we are planning to release a number of new training modules in the near future, all designed around the standard DeltaNET 7 build. This change will help us roll out new features more efficiently while providing consistent, fully supported training for your team.

          DN7 Admin - Listings Widget & Settings:

          We've created a new Company Listings Widget in DN7 to match the features of the DN6 version. Everyone can view the listings page, but only company admins can make changes to listings that aren't their own. Additionally, the "Listing Type" column has been renamed to "Source" to reflect its purpose better; it now simply indicates the origin of the listing (the MLS source). This change has also been made on the DN6 admin page for consistency.

          As part of ongoing improvements, we've also moved some company-level settings from DN6 into DN7. A new "Open Houses" tab has been added to the Company Settings widget, which includes four Open House Connector settings tabs that mirror the options previously available on the DN6 admin side. 

          Select Multiple Blog Categories:

          We've added a new feature that allows users to assign multiple categories to a single blog article. This provides you with more flexibility in organizing and displaying your content. There are no major changes to the interface—just the added ability to select more than one category per article when creating or editing blog posts.

          CloudDelta Permissions Updates

          Companies may now optionally enable the 'delete' permission for CloudDelta files and folders. If this functionality is available, admins can control a user's ability to delete files and folders separately from their ability to upload new files or create new folders. Without this functionality, the read, upload and delete functions are all encompassed by the 'read'permission. Additionally, when viewing permissions for a file or folder, all users with some permission to access that folder will be sorted to the top of the list. Previously, they were always sorted alphabetically, so you had to scroll through the entire list to find everyone with permission.

          The ability to create and disable user accounts has been added to DeltaNET 7. These functions will be visible to administrators when viewing the Company Roster widget and set to their Admin role. Additionally, some usability improvements have been made to the Listings tab of the user profile pages. This section has been reworked to make its settings and functionality clearer. 

          Exclude Option Added to DN7 Widget Visibility

          When determining which office's users should be able to view a DeltaNET 7 widget, in addition to selecting which offices can see that widget, admins may now select which offices cannot see that widget. This allows admins to hide a widget from a specific office so that all newly added offices will be able to see it by default, instead of requiring an administrator to update that widget's visibility settings every time a new office is added.

          DeltaNET 7 Team Management Widget

          A new Team Management widget has been added to DeltaNET 7. This allows Admins to manage team creation, deactivation, membership, and associated settings without using the legacy DeltaNET 6 interface.

          Market Update Feature Improvements

          The Market Update feature has historically allowed agents to have the DeltaNET automatically send them weekly emails featuring new company listings, company listings with recent price changes, and recently sold company listings. This feature can now include company listings with upcoming open houses and display Buyers Agent Compensation values on this listing where available. Additionally, the email can now be configured to go to customers.

          Per Folder Storage Limits in CloudDelta

          New functionality has been added to CloudDelta that allows admins to set storage space limits on a per folder basis. This functionality, combined with access permissions on those folders, gives admins greater control over how much data individual users can add to CloudDelta and where said data can be stored. 

          Office Details Widget

          A new Office Details widget has been added to DeltaNET 7. Admins are able to configure the layout of this widget to display whatever office staff users and office information they deem most relevant. They can then place it on any page in DeltaNET 7 to make it visible to agents and other users with access to that page. When an agent or other non-admin user sees this widget, it will display information related to their primary office. However, if they are in multiple offices, they have the option of choosing from their secondary offices to see information related to any of those.

          Support Added for Appointment Events

          Users can now create appointment tasks from their calendar widgets in DeltaNET 7. This will allow you to create an "appointment" for an open time based on your availability as set in your calendar settings and assign customers to it. This will add the appointment to your calendar and send invitation and reminder emails to the customers assigned to it so they can accept the appointment and easily add it to their calendars. Additionally, you can see which customers have accepted the invitation and canceled the appointment, thereby notifying that customer automatically, should the need arise. 

          DeltaNET Academy Updates

          Various updates have been made to DeltaNET Academy to add functionality and improve usability. 

          • Course display has been updated for DeltaNET Academy such that courses are now displayed in rows organized by category, making it easier for users to browse courses based on the category they're most interested in. 
          • Admins may now duplicate entire system courses. During this process, admins can select which course modules they would like to duplicate and which they would like to remain the same for use in their duplicate course. 
          • When completing a course module, it is now easier and more intuitive to continue to the next module or quiz if the last module was completed. 
          • New settings have been added to video slides to allow them to autoplay when the slide is opened and automatically continue to the next slide when the video is over. These can be controlled on a per-video slide basis.

          DeltaNET 7 Role Creation Improvements

          The DeltaNET 7 user role creation interface has been updated to improve the efficiency of creating new roles. Widget, page, link access, and DeltaNET navigation visibility can now be set during the role creation process instead of admins being required to create the role and then adjust those permissions through another interface. Additionally, duplicate roles can now be created, allowing admins to more quickly create new roles similar to existing ones in terms of widget permissions and navigation visibility. 

          DeltaNET 7 Calendar Widget Improvements

          The DeltaNET 7 Calendar widget will now support the display of additional event types as well as the ability to display different calendar "instances" with different event display limitations on a per-widget basis. For example, admins can place a calendar widget on the DeltaNET agent home page that's capable of displaying all event types (which can then be filtered by the agent using the widget) and a different calendar widget on a training page that only displays events marked as "training events." This allows admins to build out DeltaNET 7 pages that include calendar widgets that show event types specific to the context of the page on which they've placed them.

          Facebook Instant Forms are now integrated into the Ad Wizard platform, making capturing leads directly from your Facebook ads easier than ever. This new feature is only available in DeltaNET 7 and can be accessed through the ad creation process. Select the Create A Facebook Lead Form option under the Lead Form dropdown menu to seamlessly incorporate the form into your campaigns.

          User Impersonation System

          Functionality has been added to the DeltaNET that will allow users to grant other users the ability to impersonate (also called "authenticate") them in the DeltaNET. Companies can allow admin accounts to continue to impersonate all users per current system behavior. At the same time, agents can use this feature to allow other specific agents or office staff to impersonate them or disable admin authentication such that the only users that can impersonate an agent are those for which that agent has explicitly granted permission. In addition to granting impersonation access, users may also request impersonation access to another user. In that case, impersonation permission is only granted once the requested user has approved.

          Discussion Widget Updates

          General display and workflow updates have been made to the Discussions widget to improve usability and better convey to users which discussions are visible. 

          • The discussion list has been reworked to show a larger "New discussion" button at the bottom of the list, and the "All" text at the top has been replaced with the widget title in heading format.
          • The widget no longer defaults to the first discussion on mobile (unless there is only one discussion).
          • The '...' button in the top-right of the current discussion has been updated to split the new post button out from the other actions. Now, the new post button is shown in blue, and the '...' button is shown for company admins only including the other options. The '…' button will also show to admins while they are authenticated as non-admins. 
          • The delete post 'x' button is now shown for users if they are authenticated, are a company admin, or if the post was theirs.
          • The text area at the bottom of the widget has been replaced with a large 'Add your comments' button that emulates the appearance of a new post.
          • The new post location has been moved to the top of the discussion, and the order of posts has been switched from newest at the top to oldest at the bottom.
          • The 'Create post' modal has been re-designed. The category selector is now only editable on a new post.
          • The appearance of replies in the main discussion feed has been re-designed to show the author's name and to appear smaller. The replies are also no longer the primary company color.
          • A new 'Discussions replies' notification toggle has been added to the user profile in DN7. If this setting is enabled, users will be notified of replies to their posts.
          • Other minor visual tweaks have been made.

          Activity Feed Widget Updates

          The following workflow and display updates have been made to the Activity Feed widget to improve usability. 

          • Updated the delete post buttons so they show whenever the current user is a company admin, a user is authenticated, or they are the current user's post.
          • Moved the edit post button to the post's top-right corner, next to the delete button.
          • Added support for showing the currently active filters on any widget in DeltaNET 7 and enabled this for the Activity Feed widget.
          • Added a notification that is sent to the post author when another user replies to their post.
          • Added settings to the profile page for the Activity Feed widget. There are currently two notification types: replies and mentions.
          • Updated the 'new post' button to be a pen and paper / compose icon instead of a plus, matching the message blasts widget.
          • Added help text on hover to the buttons at the top of the widget..
          • Updated how replies are displayed in the feed to include the post being replied to in a quoted format. Clicking on the quoted post will open the post and all of its replies.
          • Updated likes so that a notification is only shown if an error occurs when updating the like count.
          • Updated how the users are shown in the like and comment popovers.
          • Updated the comments icon to a speech bubble instead of a share/arrow icon.
          • Added the post being replied to in the 'new reply' modal to make it clearer what post is being responded to.

          Office and Region-Based Widget Visibility

          DeltaNET 7 Widgets can now be made visible to only agents in certain offices and/or regions, in addition to the role-based visibility already in place. 

          DeltaNET 7 Admin Offices Widget

          A new widget has been added to DeltaNET 7 to allow admins to manage company offices and related settings. Admins can now use this widget instead of the DeltaNET 6 Admin interface Users > Offices page. 

          Office-Specific Company Shared Pages

          Pages created on the admin side of the DeltaNET and shared with companies as 'pre-defined pages' can now be made available to only agents in specific offices or regions instead of being shared with only all agents or none.

          DN7 Navigation & Access Update

          The Navigation and Access interface used to control page, widget, and tile visibility and permissions within DeltaNET 7 has been updated to simplify the interface and improve the level of control available to admins.

          • The "tiles" tab has been re-titled to "links." Tiles in the system are now considered to be one way of displaying a link.
          • Any link can now be added to the side navigation. This includes external links, SSOs, and actions.
          • Dashboard pages are now completely optional. Users create "collections," which function as dropdowns in the side navigation, and dashboard pages can be optionally added. The default navigation still includes dashboard pages.
          • The "pages" tab has been visually re-designed with this new capability in mind, and to be more similar to the website pages widget.
          • The side navigation settings have been moved to a settings cog in the top right corner of the widget.
          • A new "roles" tab has been added. It displays all of the company roles in a table format and is the new location for editing/managing roles.
          • For companies that have enabled agent customization of their DeltaNET homepage, admins can now limit specifically which widgets agents can add to that homepage instead of allowing agents to add all widgets to which they have access.

            Release Announcement:

            Company Locked Homepage Widgets

            Company admins can now "lock" elements of the DeltaNET 7 agent Home pages such that a company-defined set of tiles and/or widgets will always appear at the top while still allowing agents to customize the other Tiles and Widgets featured on that page. This feature is only relevant if the "Home Page Customization" setting is enabled for the company via the Company Settings DeltaNET 7 widget under the "Miscellaneous" tab. 

            Placeable Tile Widgets

            Functionality has been added to allow Tile widgets to be placed throughout pages in DeltaNET 7. As such, Tiles can now be placed anywhere on a DeltaNET 7 page instead of only being featured at that top. This also allows admins to place multiple tile widgets featuring different tiles on a single page. Additionally, a new Tile display type of "card" can be used within these widgets, allowing different tile widgets to adopt a distinct look and feel. 

            New My Customer for Life Articles Available

            Beginning on Thursday, August 15, the following My Customer for Life articles will be available in the DeltaNET:

            Updated Navigation & Access Interface

            We've updated the Navigation & Access interface in DeltaNET 7 to make it easier to manage DeltaNET user role access to widgets, visualize that access, and manage and create Tiles for DeltaNET 7 pages. The list of widgets under the Widgets tab can now be filtered by name, type, company custom widgets, and the roles with access to them. This allows admins to more easily find particular widgets to modify their permissions as well as to visualize the widgets to which each role has access. Additionally, the new Tiles tab can be used to create new and manage existing Tiles. This is a much more convenient workflow, as this functionality was previously only available through the Edit Page interface.

            DN7 Admin Message Blasts

            The admin version of the Message Blasts interface has been added to DeltaNET 7. Previously, admin-only functionality related to message blasts (saving and modifying company-level templates, the ability to 'send as' agents, sending to unassigned customers, etc.) was limited to the DeltaNET 6 "Admin Side" interface. That functionality is now available in the DeltaNET 7 Message Blasts widget when said widget is being viewed by a user assuming a DeltaNET 7 Admin role.

              We've empowered you with the ability to fully customize the autoresponders the system sends on your behalf. We've converted all of the autoresponders in the system from plaintext to HTML using the WYSIWYG editor for both the company autoresponders and agent autoresponders in DN6 and 7. Now, you can add formatting and images to your autoresponders, putting you in control of your communication.

              Support for a customer header/footer background graphic and custom icons (chosen from the FontAwesome library) preceding the widget titles has been added to DeltaNET 7. The header/footer background graphic can be enabled and set in the Company Settings widget. The widget icons can be enabled on the same pages, and after being enabled, they can be customized on a per-widget basis using the widget settings on the Navigation & Access page.
