Like most large Realogy firms, they knew that the Zap platform wasn't going to be able to scale with a company of their size. They partnered with Delta and have found great success with their new platform. The Masiello Group is the largest Better Homes & Gardens brokerage in the New England states, and is ranked #74 on the RealTrends Top 500 list for transactions.
