With Delta’s AVM tool, any visitor to your website can request an AVM. The AVM will then be created automatically using Artificial Intelligence (AI). Including home value estimates and information on market conditions and current demand, the AVM provides customers with all the data they want in one thorough, well-curated report. Home value estimates are pulled from up to five independent sources: Zillow, RPR, Eppraisal, Collateral Analytics, and Delta AI-driven Estimates.

An AVM page is also a great opportunity to generate new leads. Our system will generate a lead for you whenever a visitor checks out the page, even if they didn’t make an AVM request. And for any prospects you have, you can create an AVM in DeltaNET to send out as well. Just scroll down to the AVM section of the profile page and click on “Create New Prospect Report.” An AVM report will be auto-generated like before, and you will have the option to customize it. Once you have your final product, you can send it out by clicking “Email PDF Report” or “Download PDF Report.”
