- Obtaining your data through direct SQL connections.
- Obtaining your data via FTP sync.
- Obtaining your data through an XML connection.
Data Translation & Standardization
Different MLS's have different database formats. Delta’s system standardizes MLS data so it populates in a standardized format on your website. After we obtain your data, we translate it in order to make it suitable for the web and optimized for SEO. We make it understandable so that consumers can find what they are looking for on your website. We then push the data out live in a common, consistent format.
Data Count Accuracy & Error Checking
Our system includes a built-in process that ensures your listing data counts are accurate. The system compares new data with old data so that we are 100% confident that our system has the correct numbers. If something isn’t right with the MSL data or feed numbers, we are notified immediately so we can call the MLS to investigate. Because of the checks and balances built into our MLS Data Integration and Monitoring Platform, we have a near perfect record of listing data accuracy.

Our platform’s hassle-free Data On Demand feature allows us to obtain data, translate it, and push it to your website quickly without any interaction on your part. Our system is completely automated and hands-free so there is nothing to be done by you. And while some service providers only upload data once a day, our system processes data to live servers around the clock. Delta’s Data Integration Platform is even capable of updating data every minutes depending on how your data integration feed is set up.
Monitoring Alert System
We know what is going on with your data and are alerted immediately if issues arise. Our monitoring alert system lets us know how many listings were inserted, updated, deleted and the timestamp when your data was pushed live. Because of this, we can verify what has taken place with your data at any given time. Our system also keeps a detailed history and records on every single data process that runs through our system.
High Resolution Image Support
In addition to data integration, our MLS Data Integration and Monitoring Platform has the ability to support high resolution image integration onto your website. If your MLS offers high resolution images, we can download and push live up to 99 high resolution images per listing.
Listing Data Feed API
Need to have your Listing Data fed to third party websites? Delta also offers a robust Listing Data Feed API system which can take your listing data and distribute it automatically to other websites. And if our current data API cannot integrate as-is, we can build out a custom API based on the unique needs of your business.
