When visitors go to Century 21 Mertz & Associates, Inc.'s (http://www.century21mertz.com/) new real estate website, they'll find a professional-looking website featuring large-scale photos, real-time IDX listing information and an easy-to-use property search designed and developed by Delta Media Group.
Today, Delta Media Group added a new release to the DeltaNet 5 giving sales associates the ability to incorporate Zillow Reviews within Delta's Reviews Platform.
A sales associate's most recent Zillow Reviews--up to ten--will be pulled into their website real-time and displayed along with any on-site reviews we have for that associate.
Our video below demonstrates the simplicity of the set up process:
Zillow Reviews are displayed along with other on-site reviews on your website from Delta Media Group. Each Zillow Review is marked with the Zillow Logo as required by Zillow.
LinkedIn is known as the social network for professionals, and for that reason many real estate agents see it as a career networking tool rather than a powerful marketing platform. In fact, LinkedIn is an excellent addition for your social media presence—if you know how to leverage the network. The people who you connect with on LinkedIn are often career-minded, goal-driven, and focused on their financial future. In other words, these are people with both the financial resources and motivation to buy or sell a home.

This week an update to our platform was pushed live that deepens our CRM integration with Zillow.
With this update we now rely upon the Zillow Tech Connect CRM API for feeding leads directly into the Delta Media Group CRM. Prior to this update integration of Zillow lead information was done via automated email parsing.
Delta Media Group recently joined Zillow® Tech Connect with the goal of enhancing our clients' direct integration process with Zillow.
Michael Minard, President and CEO of Delta Media Group said, "Delta Media Group is thrilled to partner with Zillow® Tech Connect to offer a greater level of service for our clients."
"The lifeblood of our clients' businesses is lead generation. They depend upon us to create engaging, public-facing websites for home buyers and sellers as well as provide a CRM system to manage leads. Although Delta Media Group has long provided our brokers and sales associates with the ability to integrate with Zillow, by joining Zillow® Tech Connect, we are taking additional steps to ensure continued efficiency, productivity and success for them," said Minard.

Real estate—in fact, the world—has gone mobile. Today, more people use mobile devices over desktop computers to search online. The average user spends about 177 minutes per day on their mobile phones.
This week RE/MAX Platinum Services (www.platinumservicesinc.com) launched their new mobile responsive website with Delta Media Group. We worked with RE/MAX Platinum Services to concentrate our website design efforts on the mobile user experience.
Google has made a shift rewarding companies with mobile websites--done the right way--with priority indexing and potentially better rankings. When Google reviews a website, they score it for Mobile Friendliness, Mobile Speed and Desktop Speed. Google gives each website a score from 0 – 100 in each category. Google considers websites scores at 90 or above as performing well.
Imagine building the biggest, most impressive house you can think of, and then choosing to plop it down in the middle of nowhere. This is a house that any buyer would fall head over heels for, except that it's located far from any roads, with lost hikers and woodland creatures the only foot traffic for miles.
Building a beautiful, functional real estate website and skipping search engine optimization (SEO) is like building that impressive home in the middle of nowhere. No matter how much valuable content and inspired design your website contains, it can't benefit your business unless people know how to find it.

The Processed Leads Report (screen shot below) has been updated in the DeltaNet. These updates provide expanded functionality from all devices, gives easier access to more actions and data, and improves usability.
The DeltaNet 5 blog interface was updated today. Instead of a Preview Button, live posts now show a View Button and link to the live blog post. The button to open the blog itself has also been updated from Preview Blog to Open Blog. You can see the screen shot below showing these changes.
We've made an update to the Sold Listings section of the DeltaNet 5 (see the screen shot below) that makes the sold listings system easier to administer. By default, this section will now sort the sold listings with the most recent sold listing at the top to the oldest listing at the end. As a reminder if we have sold data from the MLS this data will also automatically add the listings that each sales associate has sold which will also populate their sold listings page on their web site.
An update was published today to the DeltaNet 5 that affects Properties In Motion customers. This update provides a deeper integration of listing videos and tours from Properties In Motion directly within the DeltaNet on the property management page. On this page is provided the embedded on-site video URL, the YouTube video URL, the FaceBook Video URL, and the unbranded tour URL.
Below is a screen shot of this change...
