Delta Media Group is thrilled to announce the release of a new enhancement to our DeltaNet 5.0: Property OneSearch. Property OneSearch gives Delta's Sales Associates the ability to pinpoint properties with specific features to satisfy specific client requests.
No longer do you need to waste time with "needle in the haystack" searches. If your client wants a home with "36+ wide halls" and an "invisible fence" and a "stall shower," check those choices in Property OneSearch and Delta will do the rest. Your customer will receive the Home Finder emails tailored to their exact wishes.
Delta Media Group will be launching the first of several updates to DeltaNet 5 on Monday, August 27 with the goal of making map viewing easier.
We wanted to make our map features easier to see by grouping listings together under a single larger dot. Clicking on a cluster will zoom the view into that area for closer inspection of the properties.
First, let's compare the same map in a before and after view.
Next, the listing status colors will flow from the dots through to the price markers allowing easier visualization of status.

Delta Media Group releases new features for the DeltaNet5 platform on a regular basis. Because your real estate business revolves around specific locations, Delta Media Group recently added an update to the DeltaNet allowing brokers and agents the ability to limit property searches by state and county on their websites. This update gives our customers the ability to showcase only the real estate areas where they have a presence and eliminate those regions where they do not.
Today, Delta Media Group added a new release to the DeltaNet 5 giving sales associates the ability to incorporate Zillow Reviews within Delta's Reviews Platform.
A sales associate's most recent Zillow Reviews--up to ten--will be pulled into their website real-time and displayed along with any on-site reviews we have for that associate.

Zillow Reviews are displayed along with other on-site reviews on your website from Delta Media Group. Each Zillow Review is marked with the Zillow Logo as required by Zillow.
This week an update to our platform was pushed live that deepens our CRM integration with Zillow.
With this update we now rely upon the Zillow Tech Connect CRM API for feeding leads directly into the Delta Media Group CRM. Prior to this update integration of Zillow lead information was done via automated email parsing.
Today we launched a new section on the Agent Overview Page in the DeltaNet titled Your DMGID.
The Processed Leads Report (screen shot below) has been updated in the DeltaNet. These updates provide expanded functionality from all devices, gives easier access to more actions and data, and improves usability.
The DeltaNet 5 blog interface was updated today. Instead of a Preview Button, live posts now show a View Button and link to the live blog post. The button to open the blog itself has also been updated from Preview Blog to Open Blog. You can see the screen shot below showing these changes.
We've made an update to the Sold Listings section of the DeltaNet 5 (see the screen shot below) that makes the sold listings system easier to administer. By default, this section will now sort the sold listings with the most recent sold listing at the top to the oldest listing at the end. As a reminder if we have sold data from the MLS this data will also automatically add the listings that each sales associate has sold which will also populate their sold listings page on their web site.
An update was published today to the DeltaNet 5 that affects Properties In Motion customers. This update provides a deeper integration of listing videos and tours from Properties In Motion directly within the DeltaNet on the property management page. On this page is provided the embedded on-site video URL, the YouTube video URL, the FaceBook Video URL, and the unbranded tour URL.

An update was published today to the DeltaNet. This update refines the interface for uploading customer lists into the DeltaNet. We published this update in an effort to make this process easier and more seamless.

A small but subtle usability update was rolled out today for the DeltaNet.
This update affects how desktop users, typically Administrators, are able to use the DeltaNet. With this update the quick search box is auto selected when the DeltaNet is loaded on a desktop computer. This update helps desktop users be more efficient as they interact with the DeltaNet.
The ability to filter properties based on if a listing has a virtual tour or not was widely requested so we added the feature. This update is pretty simple but since it was so widely requested we figured it was blog post worthy.
Another update to the DeltaNet was published today that refines the Customer Requests section for the sales associates. This update improves performance, makes it easier to sort customers, and easier to filter customers by name.
As we continue to receive feature requests from clients for new releases to the DeltaNet 5, we wanted to make you aware of another important update to our system--CRM Tag Search.
We've provided the ability to filter CRM searches based on keywords or tags.
More and more sales associates are beginning to do more advanced segmentation of their customers based on these tags. Common uses for the tags are things such as client interests, specific property interests, etc. where it wouldn't make sense to create separate groups for each of these "tags."
As we prepare our system for further changes the Lead Performance Report found within our DeltaNet platform has been updated. Many of our clients use this report for coaching their sales associates by utilizing the performance metrics found within the report.
The Delta Team has made a slight change to how featured listings work on the sales associate web sites based on your feedback.
When a sales associate has setup their web site to show a rotating gallery of featured listings they have multiple methods of setting up the criteria for the featured listings to display. The scenario that we updated is how we handle the following situation:
Many of our clients create their own branding with their intranet platform, which is generally our DeltaNet. We've added a feature within the DeltaNet that provides the ability for our clients to re-brand the DeltaNet to match their internal branding. While this update is a small update, for some clients that is an important change.
In an effort to increase the effectiveness of our communication with our clients, especially our Administrators, we've launched a new System Notices System within DeltaNet 5. The new system will place these notices towards the top of the screen as seen in the screen shots below.
We're continuing to make interface upgrades to the new DeltaNet based on feedback. Today we pushed a change live that streamlines how your sales associates are able to add users to groups. With the interface update it's easier for your sales associates to find users and add them to their groups. This is a slight user interface upgrade but one that was widely requested.

What do you do when a sales associate's web site needs three featured properties but they only have one property listed at the time?
We've made a slight change to the DeltaNet 5 for non-administrative users that manage your company calendar and events. With this change a user can be setup with specific access to administer the calendar and events system. A good example of how this would be used is a non-administrator in your company, such as a trainer, that you want to setup with access to edit the training calendar. This update provides the ability to do this level of control for events.

Today we launched a new feature that reports click tracking and open tracking to our E-Cards system. We've had many companies requesting that we add this feature giving them and their sales associates the ability to better measure their email marketing for e-cards.

A new feature has been launched in the DeltaNet giving sales associates the ability to print mailer labels. The new feature supports various Avery label formats and can be found in the DeltaNet under the Customer Center section. Here are a few screen shots:
Another new feature has been added to the DeltaNet Calendar System for Event Registration. This update provides the ability to setup event registration in such a way, on a per event basis, that the sales associate needs to register for an event through their office administrator. Typically this office administrator would be the office manager.
This week we added a feature to the DeltaNet which gives sales associates the ability to opt-out of broadcast leads.
Sometimes sales associates want to temporarily opt-out of these types of leads and this new setting gives them the ability to do so.
This setting is located in the Lead Settings section of the DeltaNet.
This week we published an update to the Event Calendar in the DeltaNet that provides support for event registration. We are finding that many companies want to require registration for their events. By doing so they can optionally limit the number of attendees while at the same time provide a list of registered attendees.

This week we made a change to the DeltaNet by embedding our Tech Tuesdays Training Videos directly into the DeltaNet so your Sales Associates have quick, easy access to them. The video playlist is located on a widget on the welcome screen (see the screen shot below).
On a weekly basis the video play list will update weekly automatically as we publish new training videos.

New Property Search System Updates
In an effort for continual improvement to our SEO results we made changes to our new property search system. With this change URL query string parameters have been cleaned up. This change will help with better and more efficient indexing by the search engines.

Due to the success of our School District landing pages and their impact on Organic Search for our clients we made the decision to add specific landing pages for Elementary, Middle and High Schools.
