Brand Ambassador

Job Description

We are currently looking for passionate Brand Ambassador to join our team to help build brand awareness and increase sales. The role will involve increasing brand and product awareness with current clients, industry outreach with partner organizations, publications and influencers. It will also involve the promotion of our product and services through various media channels. Being a member of marketing team, you will assist in the coordination and promotion of new feature releases, webinars and offsite events. To excel at this position, you need to be an excellent communicator, detail oriented and have passion for the brand.

Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:

    • Have firm understanding of the company’s mission, vision, and goals.
    • Working closely with sales and marketing staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies.
    • Build relationships and educate customers, industry partners, publications and influencers about our product and services.
    • Creating website, email and social content in order to drive brand awareness and attract new customers.
    • Monitoring customer feedback and escalating to proper departments.
    • Representing the company at industry events, trade shows and online channels.
    • Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.

Brand Ambassador Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
    • Working knowledge of social media platforms and other online platforms.
    • Adaptable with the ability to stay organized and on top of things.
    • Ability to travel.
