Senior Web Developer

The Senior Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining internal/external websites for our clients. This position will work with our clients to determine their wants and needs as well as their design preference. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in many facets of a seasoned Web Development expert.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creates and enhances the overall appearance using graphic/multi-media design software.
  • Design site navigation to make it clear and easy to understand.
  • Create cutting-edge designs for websites and email marketing templates.
  • Create coding for front and back-end of a website.
  • Performing tests on websites to ensure they continually remain fully functional and bug free.
  • Ensure platform scalability while complying with performance and security standards.
  • Facilitate project estimates.
  • Assist in leading, coaching, and developing junior web developers (as needed).

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, MySQL, Visual Studio Code
  • Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) practices
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and practice
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while managing time efficiently
  • Solution-oriented and high-level programming skills
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot and optimize web pages for security responsiveness
  • Solid understanding of network diagnostics and analytical tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 5-8 years’ experience in a web developer role or related position

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 / year
