Enhanced Company Settings & Widget Updates
We've significantly expanded the Company Settings widget in DN7 with several new tabs and configuration options to give you more control over your system. The new Notifications tab replaces the previous DN6 System Notifications settings, while the Social Media tab provides an updated interface for managing your social media URLs.

Unassigned Customers in DN7 (Updates):
We've improved how unassigned customers are managed in DN7. The customer profile interface for admins now clearly displays "Unassigned" for customers without an assigned agent, replacing the previous "Assigned to" label for better clarity. A new "Assign" button has been added, which opens a modal window where you can quickly select and assign an agent. This streamlined workflow makes it easier to manage customer assignments directly within DN7.
