Improved Agent Profile Setting Search

Settings within the agent profile pages can now be returned when using the Quick Actions search auto-completer in the DeltaNET. Previously, users had to first navigate to that page and use the search field available on that page to search for settings that only exist within the agent profile page. Now, any of those settings can be searched for using the Quick Actions auto-completer, and results will link directly to the appropriate settings page within the agent...

Conference Room Scheduling System

A new widget has been released in DeltaNET 7 to support the reservation of conference rooms. Admins can define rooms at offices or other locations with availability for reservation. Agents can then use this interface to reserve these conference rooms for specific dates and times. This new widget can be made available to specific user roles using the Navigation & Access interface in DeltaNET 7.
