We've improved how unassigned customers are managed in DN7. The customer profile interface for admins now clearly displays "Unassigned" for customers without an assigned agent, replacing the previous "Assigned to" label for better clarity. A new "Assign" button has been added, which opens a modal window where you can quickly select and assign an agent. This streamlined workflow makes it easier to manage customer assignments directly within DN7.

Email Message Interface Migration to DN7

We've successfully migrated the email message interface from DeltaNET6's admin panel into DeltaNET7, making it more accessible within the Company Settings widget. This streamlined location lets you view and customize autoresponders sent to customers, as well as select default templates for marketing emails like seller reports and saved searches, maintaining the same functionality you're familiar with while taking advantage of DN7's improved interface.
