Dotloop Transaction Import Update
Agents at companies with the DotLoop transaction integration active can now have a Market Watch Report created for customers automatically upon their transaction data being imported. The setting to activate this functionality can be found by clicking the Automation button on the Market Watch Reports page in the DeltaNET. By default, the report will be configured to send quarterly and will cover a 5-mile radius around the property featured in the transaction.

Be Efficient

Improved Process For Enabling Social Connector
The process for connecting a social media account to Social Connector for automatic posting has been improved. It will now present the user with suggested post type and frequency settings, allowing the user to go with those defaults instead of manually defining all of their post settings.

Additional Options Added To The Automatic Market Watch Report Creation System
Additional options for customer imports have been added to the automatic market watch creation system. When importing customers, agents now can have market watch reports created automatically based on a radius around the primary address associated with each imported customer.

Updates Made To The Admin Side Quick Search Utilization Widget
The Quick Search Utilization widget on the admin dashboard page has been updated with various improvements. The chart data can now be narrowed to various time periods, the total number of Quick Search form submissions over that time period is now displayed, a button to access the Quick Search Preferences from that widget has been added, that widget layout has been improved, and data collection bugs related to this widget have been corrected.

Additional Columns Are Now Sortable On The Customer List
Customer List has been updated to make additional columns sortable. The 'sort by' functionality has been added to the following columns:

  • Phone daytime
  • Phone evening
  • Phone cell
  • Phone fax
  • Request platform
  • Initial request source
  • Lead referral source
  • Envelope salutation
  • Birthday
  • Business
  • Last activity
