Automatically Add Team Name to Member Names in Marketing
There is now a setting that automatically adds the team name to team member names in marketing materials. For example, if this setting were enabled for a team named "Example Team" and John Smith was a member of that team, any marketing material sent by John would display his name as "John Smith with Example Team".
Be Reliable
Customer Group Associations Maintained on Shared Leads
When an agent shares leads with another via the Share My Leads settings, any groups with which those leads are associated will be visible to all agents with which that lead is shared, as long as all of those agents have those groups in their own CRM. For example, if a lead is shared with 2 agents and that lead is in a company group entitled "Hot Leads" that is visible to both agents, they will both see that lead in that group.
