At Delta Media Group, our five-pronged attack will help keep you at the forefront of tech changes. How does it work? Easy: be powerful, be efficient, be creative, be reliable, and be different. Keeping those steps in mind and turning to Delta's wealth of real estate tools — including our most recent updates in the DeltaNET — will give you the edge you need to take on any competitor, even Zillow.
Be Powerful
Shared Leads Maintain Group Association
When a lead enrolled in any customer group is shared between multiple agent accounts, the lead will maintain its association with those groups for all agents with which it is shared, provided those agents have the same groups in their CRM. For example, if an agent has a lead enrolled in a Past Buyers group, and that lead is shared with another agent, it will also appear in the Past Buyers group for the agent with which it was shared as long as a Past Buyers group also exists within that agent's CRM.
Lead Request Source Management System
An interface has been added to the DeltaNET, under Admin > Leads > Tools > Request Source Management, allowing admins to manage the request sources associated with leads in their DeltaNET. As there are numerous lead request sources hard coded into the system that may not be relevant to every company utilizing the DeltaNET, those sources can now be hidden. Custom request sources can also be added or removed. A 'request source' is automatically added to every lead entered into the DeltaNET to help indicate where/how that lead was created.
Be Efficient
Admin Dashboard Improvements
Various improvements have been made to the Agent Leaderboard widget on the Admin Dashboard. This widget can now filter reporting based on agent tasks created and various agent activity metrics to give admins greater visibility into their agents' adoption of the system. Additionally, a filter has been added to the Admin Dashboard page, allowing admins to filter all widgets on that page to a specific office of their choosing.
Delta Pitch Updates
We've made various updates to improve Delta Pitch's usability.
Be Reliable
Team Verbiage Support in Drip Marketing Emails
When sent on behalf of a team account, singular pronouns within message content will be automatically converted to plural pronouns. For example, uses of "I" will be converted to "we," "myself" to "ourselves," "mine" to "our," etc.
Curbside Marketing
The "Text Short Codes" system has been renamed "Curbside Marketing" and received various updates to expand functionality. Agents may now choose to be notified via email, text message, or both when a customer uses one of these text shortcodes and ultimately visits a details page for one of their listings. Additionally, the company can now set custom disclaimer text to be included in the text message customers receive when using these shortcodes. This system can be found on the admin and agent side Lead Settings pages for those companies that have subscribed to Properties in Motion.
