Reverse Prospecting Report Functionality Is Now Available To Admins
The Reverse Prospecting Report functionality is now available on the Leads > Reports page, on the Admin side. This functionality allows you to define property information and returns all customers that the system believes might be interested in that property based on their activity. Unlike the agent side version of this report, admins can see all the contact information for all customers returned by this report. In addition, those customers can be opened in bulk (the same functionality available to Customer List) so that bulk actions can be performed on them.
Ability To Add Custom Agent Account Fields
Custom agent account fields can now be dynamically included in custom page contents. For example, suppose a custom field for "Education" is added to agent accounts, allowing agents to store a paragraph associated with their account about their education. In that case, that field could be included in a custom, shared website page so that each agent's education is automatically filled in on that page.
Seller Report Usage Added To Custom Reports
The Admin side Custom Report, found under Reports > Custom Report, can now display how many Seller Reports each agent has created.
Be Efficient
New Admin Side Merge Contact Tool
The Admin Side Merge Contact tool, found on the Leads > Tools > Merge Contacts page, has been updated to display contacts that the system believes are likely duplicates. Unlike the agent side version, the admin side version of this tool searches contacts across the company, regardless of agent assignment, allowing admins to more easily identify and merge like contacts across users.
Exclude Individual Listings from Social Connector Posts
The types of listing-related social media posts automatically posted through Social Connector can now be controlled on a per listing basis. For example, a specific listing can be set to automatically create a post in the event of an open house being added to that listing, but not create a post in the event of a price reduction. This functionality can be found in the Listing Autopost Options section under the Overviews tab on the listing profile pages in the DeltaNET.
Ability To Pause Saved Searches
Saved searches may now be set to "paused" to stop them from running temporarily.
