Update To The Customer Import Process
Additional settings have been added to the customer import process to allow users to control how duplicates are handled. When performing a bulk customer import, if an existing account is found for a customer being imported (based on primary email address), in addition to having the system create a duplicate account, you may now have it merge the new account information with the old. When automatically merging imported contacts, you may also choose whether the old or new information is preferred in the event of a conflict.
Ability To Now Login To The DeltaNET Mobile App With Google Or Office 365 Credentials
Agents in brokerages that use Google or Office 365 to log into their company's DeltaNET can now log into the DeltaNET mobile app using their Google or Office 365 accounts. Previously, such agents could only log in using the DMGID and PIN displayed in their DeltaNET.
