Agent Notification of Task Assignment
We have added a new feature to the system that provides notifications when a company admin assigns an agent a task. Now, when an admin authenticates as an agent and creates a task, the agent receives a notification it has been assigned and when it is due. It will send via a push notification if the agent assigned can receive one. If they can't, the system will check if they have a lead SMS number entered before sending to their lead SMS numbers. If they have no lead SMS numbers entered, it will send to their lead notification email. If they have no lead notification email, it will send to their primary email.
