Two Factor Authentication Login Can Now Be Enabled For Agents
Two-factor authentication for agents can be activated by request for any company. When activated, if an agent with a verified email address or phone number attempts to log into the DeltaNET, they will receive an email or text message with a temporary access code needed for login. If a phone number is verified, they will only receive a text message. If only an email address is verified, they will receive an email. Users with a verified phone number or email address can log in normally, effectively bypassing the two-factor requirement. Please note that there is an investment associated with turning this feature on.

Updated My Customer For Life (MCFL) Email Template
The MCFL email template has been updated. Any MCFL email going out on behalf of a company that does not already have a custom template will automatically use the new template. Because the campaign and MCFL system are linked, if a company has a custom campaign email template that applies to MCFL as well, that is the one that their MCFL system will continue to use instead of this new one.
