At Delta Media Group, our five-pronged attack will help keep you at the forefront of tech changes. How does it work? Easy: be powerful, be efficient, be creative, be reliable, and be different. Keeping those steps in mind and turning to Delta's wealth of real estate tools — including our most recent updates in the DeltaNET — will give you the edge you need to take on any competitor, even Zillow.
Be Powerful
Customizable Services Checkboxes On Primary Contact Forms
A new interface has been added to the DeltaNET that allows admins to customize what 'Services of Interest' checkboxes appear on their company website's primary contact form on the /contact/ page. Any custom services added to that form will also appear on the admin's lead manual entry form in the DeltaNET. Any manually entered leads can also be marked as being interested in those customer services.
Be Reliable
Double Opt-In Customer Account
A new setting has been added to the DeltaNET to allow companies to activate double opt-in functionality on their customer accounts. When active, any newly created customer account will be opted out of email and text messages by default. They will then receive an email inviting them to opt into the communications they would like to receive. This verifies that their email address is valid and that they would like to receive your marketing messages. As such, it is a standard best practice for any mass email or text message marketing to establish a good sender reputation, thereby improving the deliverability of those messages.
