Lead Update Request System Update
An optional "strike system" has been added to the Lead Update Request System. When enabled, users who don't respond to lead update requests after an admin-defined period will receive a "strike". When a user has received the requisite number of strikes, also as defined at the admin level, they will no longer be eligible to receive broadcast leads.
User Verified Email Address Requirement
Admins will now be required to define a "verified email address" when adding new users to the system. Upon first login, that user will receive an email containing a link that allows them to complete verification of said email address. Existing users who have not verified an email address will receive a prompt urging them to do so every time they log into the DeltaNET. Once a user has a verified email address, they can use that email address as their username when logging into the DeltaNET web app, DeltaNET mobile app, or Open House Connector app, thereby better unifying the login experience throughout the platform. Companies using Google or Office 365 accounts to log into the DeltaNET cannot use their verified email address for login as they will continue to use their third-party account.
