Set Groups Upon Lead Delegation

We've added functionality allowing those with lead delegation privileges to assign customers to a group when they delegate them. When selecting an agent to which you would like to delegate a lead, you will be presented with all the groups available to that agent and can choose as many as you'd like. Those with delegation privileges typically include team leaders, members, and any individual that an admin has granted this privilege. This functionality has been added to DeltaNET 7 only.
