Additional Multi-Language Support
We've made several changes that extend support for alternate language marketing content. Agents can now select their preferred language (to support future functionality). Email blast templates and email campaigns can now be associated with specific languages allowing that content to be served to customers in their preferred language if the content has been written in their language. Virtual groups will be generated based on customers' preferred languages so that customers can easily be targeted for campaign emails and email blasts based on their preferred language.
Feature Access Linked to DeltaNET Academy Course Completion
We've added functionality that allows access to DeltaNET 7 widgets to be tied to DeltaNET Academy course completion. For example, admins can now create a course to educate their agents on using the Email Campaigns system and only grant access to the DeltaNET 7 Campaigns widget to those who have completed the course.
Expanded Options for Team Reviews Page
Team account options have been expanded to allow two different types of customer review pages to be used on a team website. One version of the page allows the team website to display all reviews associated with any individual team members or leaders. It allows for filtering reviews by team member (among other criteria). The second version allows the team site to feature only those reviews associated with the team account directly, thereby ignoring any reviews associated with specific team members or leads. If the latter option is chosen, team members and leaders can still feature their reviews on their web pages if they have their own site and choose to do so.
