Delta Pitch Comps Adjustment System

This system allows agents to enter adjustments for various data points on comps they've selected for inclusion in a Delta Pitch CMA. This allows agents to indicate the most likely estimated value of a comp listing if certain elements were somewhat different, making it a closer match to the subject property. For these adjusted values and notes to appear on a CMA, admins must have created a CMA template that utilizes these new fields. System templates that leverage these fields are coming soon.
