Multi-Role Support in DeltaNET 7

Support for a single user to be assigned to multiple roles has been added to DeltaNET 7. When a user is assigned to multiple roles, they can switch between them freely after logging in, presenting them with different DeltaNET navigation and access levels depending on how the roles were configured at the admin level.
