Listing Event Triggers Added to Campaigns

Emails created as part of a campaign build in the Campaigns & Action Plans system in DeltaNET 7 can now be set to send when a listing-related event takes place. Specifically, you can trigger an email when you get a new listing, have an upcoming open house on a listing, or sell a listing. As you can choose from Delta Create templates to populate the contents of these emails, you can create campaigns that will automatically send Delta Create ecards when any of those listing events occur.

Additional Data Available in Customer List

Customer List in DeltaNET 7 has been extended to allow data for family members of each customer to be displayed in the interface as well as exported as a CSV. Each data point for each family member will be displayed as its own column (ex, Child 1 Name, Child 1 Phone, Child 1 Email, Child 2 Name, Child 2 Phone, etc).
