DeltaNET Calendar Updates? ? ? ? ? ?
The handling of customer-related dates (birthdays, wedding anniversaries, etc) has been reworked to clarify where and how they appear and where and how they can be edited. Previously, those types of events would be included in third-party calendar sync and had to be included on the calendar overall on a per-customer basis. Now, those events will not be included in the Google or Office 365 calendar sync but can be made visible on third-party calendars through the use of an ICS URL to which third-party calendars can be subscribed. This creates a greater level of consistency and control related to whether or not all customer birthdays, anniversaries, etc., are displayed and where they're displayed while eliminating the potential for one of these calendar events to become mismatched with the date actually set on the customer's account.?
Team Member Lead Visibility Update
A setting has been added to team accounts that, when activated, allows team leaders to view leads that are assigned to team members. This is accomplished via a new filter available in the Customer List interface for team leaders while they are authenticated as the team account. This change does not affect the functionality already in place to allow team leaders to see leads delegated to team members.?
