DN7 Quickactions Updates

A few improvements have been made to the "autocomplete" drop-down menu that appears when using the Quickactions search in DeltaNET 7. On desktop, the menu will now appear just below the search field instead of as a modal on the screen. On mobile, it will no longer cover the menu items at the bottom of the screen, making it more consistent with other functions activated by those menu items. Additionally, when this drop-down is activated on mobile by clicking the 'search' icon in the bottom menu, the search field will automatically be focused. Hence, you no longer need to tap twice to open your mobile device's keyboard and start typing.
