Adding Tasks in Bulk
Using the bulk actions available in Customer List, users may now create a task and associate it with multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
Device Based DN7 Roles
Users with multiple DeltaNET 7 Roles may now choose which role they are set to upon login based on the type of device they're using. For example, a user that is a member of both the Admin role and the Upgrade Agent role may choose to have their DeltaNET default to the Admin role when logging in using a desktop or laptop computer and default to the Upgrade Agent role when logging in using a mobile device.
Linking Customers as Family Members
The Family Member system in DeltaNET has been updated to allow users to link existing customer accounts as family members. Previously, users were limited to adding family members, so they were only displayed in association with the customer account on which they were created. New customer accounts could be created and linked from those family member records, but existing accounts could not be linked.
Additional Agent Metrics
Additional agent performance metrics have been added to the Admin side Lead Performance Report in DeltaNET. When viewing that report 'by office,' an agent performance section will appear at the bottom of the page detailing performance metrics for each agent within the selected office. The new metrics that have been added to that report are "Number of Appointments," "Number of Showings Scheduled," "Number of Customers Called," "Number of Pending Transactions," and "Number of Closed Transactions" and are driven by the number of notes the agent has added to customer accounts of the corresponding type and the number of transactions the agent has in the corresponding phases.
