DN7 Admin Message Blasts

The admin version of the Message Blasts interface has been added to DeltaNET 7. Previously, admin-only functionality related to message blasts (saving and modifying company-level templates, the ability to 'send as' agents, sending to unassigned customers, etc.) was limited to the DeltaNET 6 "Admin Side" interface. That functionality is now available in the DeltaNET 7 Message Blasts widget when said widget is being viewed by a user assuming a DeltaNET 7 Admin role.
