Company Locked Homepage Widgets

Company admins can now "lock" elements of the DeltaNET 7 agent Home pages such that a company-defined set of tiles and/or widgets will always appear at the top while still allowing agents to customize the other Tiles and Widgets featured on that page. This feature is only relevant if the "Home Page Customization
