User Impersonation System

Functionality has been added to the DeltaNET that will allow users to grant other users the ability to impersonate (also called "authenticate") them in the DeltaNET. Companies can allow admin accounts to continue to impersonate all users per current system behavior. At the same time, agents can use this feature to allow other specific agents or office staff to impersonate them or disable admin authentication such that the only users that can impersonate an agent are those for which that agent has explicitly granted permission. In addition to granting impersonation access, users may also request impersonation access to another user. In that case, impersonation permission is only granted once the requested user has approved.
