CloudDelta Permissions Updates

Companies may now optionally enable the 'delete' permission for CloudDelta files and folders. If this functionality is available, admins can control a user's ability to delete files and folders separately from their ability to upload new files or create new folders. Without this functionality, the read, upload and delete functions are all encompassed by the 'read'permission. Additionally, when viewing permissions for a file or folder, all users with some permission to access that folder will be sorted to the top of the list. Previously, they were always sorted alphabetically, so you had to scroll through the entire list to find everyone with permission.
