Admin Send Message Migration Into DN7

We've successfully migrated the admin messaging functionality from DN6 to DN7. This feature enables admins to send emails, SMS messages, and system notifications to all offices and agents within their organization. The interface has been streamlined for DN7 while maintaining all the communication options you rely on for keeping your users informed and connected. This migration ensures a more unified admin experience as we continue to transition key features to the DN7 platform.

Conference Room Reservation Approvals & Email Notifications


We've enhanced the Conference Room widget in DN7 with a new approval workflow setting. When enabled, this setting requires administrative approval for all conference room reservations rather than allowing direct bookings. Here's how it works: when a user requests a conference room, all designated admins automatically receive an email notification to review and approve the reservation. Once approved, the requester receives an email confirmation of their booking. This gives organizations greater control over their conference room scheduling while keeping everyone informed throughout the approval process.

Regions Widget in DN7


We've introduced a new Regions widget in DN7 as part of our continued migration from DN6. This widget brings all the region management functionality you're familiar with from DN6 directly into DN7. Company administrators can now view, create, and manage regions entirely within DN7, eliminating the need to switch between platforms for regional organization tasks. This streamlines your administrative workflow while maintaining all the regional management capabilities your organization relies on.
