Unassigned Customers in DN7 (Updates):
We've improved how unassigned customers are managed in DN7. The customer profile interface for admins now clearly displays "Unassigned" for customers without an assigned agent, replacing the previous "Assigned to" label for better clarity. A new "Assign" button has been added, which opens a modal window where you can quickly select and assign an agent. This streamlined workflow makes it easier to manage customer assignments directly within DN7.
DN7 Migration Updates:
We've expanded the DN7 Company Settings widget with four new tabs to give admins better control over their account configuration. The new tabs include Website settings, Agent Access management, Billing information, and Login & Security options—bringing these essential administrative functions together in one convenient location. Additionally, company admins now have access to two new settings within the Haves & Wants widget: Company Settings and Edit a Template.
