New Releases Make Running & Growing Your Real Estate Business Easier

Delta Media Group stays on top of today's latest real estate technology and passes that knowledge on to you.  We're constantly releasing new features and updates to the DeltaNet system to keep our real estate brokers and agents up-to-date on tech trends and pack your websites full of cutting-edge technology.  If you have any suggestions or questions on how we can make life easier for you, contact our Tech Support Team.

We've put together a list of our most current updates and releases that we think you'll want to give a try:

  • Email Blast System History
    Agent > Customers > Email Blasts - Scroll to the History section at the bottom of the page.

    Agents now have the ability to view history of messages sent through DeltaNet's Email Blast System. Find a display a display messages sent, opened, and clicked through for each email blast along with a list of each email address it was sent to and whether any of those recipients opened or clicked through on that email.

  • Branded Squeeze Pages
    Agent > Website > Pages 

    Agents can now create a custom page with a "Page Type" of "Standard Page With No Navigation" using the appropriately labelled drop down menu. This will cause the content of that page to appear within the agent's template without all other links (navigation, header link back to homepage, contact link in footer) being present. This makes for a "squeeze page" that is still branded to the agent instead of being completely blank.

  • Additional Fields for Customer CSV Exports
    Agent > Customers > Customer Center 

    Previously, when an agent wanted to export their contacts, they would only get a handful of fields for each of the customers they exported.  Agents can now receive all editable fields in the customer's profile along with any notes the Agent attached to their customer.

  • Zillow Profile URL
    Agent > Website > Overview - Scroll to the Social Networking Section of Their Platform

    Agent can now enter their Zillow Profile URL to the social networking section. Entering the Zillow Profile URL will result in a Zillow Profile icon appearing among their other social media icons on their websites.

  • Customer Notes
    Customer notes can be found by going to a customer's profile page in the DeltaNet and clicking on the customer's name in the Customer Center. Agents can now edit notes there after they've created them as long as the company settings allow them to do so.

    The company controls that setting under:

    Admin > Leads & Contacts > Lead Settings in the "Agent Portfolio Modification Settings" section.

    Please note - The "Allow agents to delete public user notes that they added for the settings directly above" checkbox must be selected in order for agents to be able to delete or edit notes. 

  • Seller Report Location Overrides
    Agents can now modify the criteria (including area) that's used to define what comp listings will be included on seller reports.
