Agent Quick Search Example Update
Admin Side: Preferences > Quick Search
Agent Side: Preferences > Quick Search
Delta customers can customize their website's Quick Search to show examples different from that of their broker. Agents not choosing to customize will fall back to showing what the company shows as their Quick Search examples.
New e-Card Designs
Agent Side: Customers > eCards & Flyers
New eCard designs have been added to your website platform.Â
Facebook Price Reduction/New Price Posting
Admin Side:Â Facebook > Post Preferences (only appears after a Facebook account has been connected)
Agent Side: Facebook > Post Preferences (only appears after a Facebook account has been connected)
Both Admins and Agents have the ability to post listing price reductions to Facebook.
Lead Reports - Public Request Source Report
Admin Side: Â Leads & Contacts > Reports > Public Request Source Report
Companies may break down lead counts by office.
Market Landing Page Property Type
Agent Side: Preferences > Pages > Add a New Page > Market
Agents can limit the types of properties that will show on market landing pages. Previously the market landing pages only presented residential listings. Now "Residential, Land, Multi-Family, Commercial and Rental" may be selected. If more than one property type is enabled, then the page will use the word "properties" otherwise it will fall back to using the appropriate property type for the wording.
Search Update
Responsive searches will now display a pop-up modal when a location is added from the Quick Search. The modal will ask if you like to add the selected location to your previously selected locations or search the selected location separately.
Zillow Reviews Integration
An agent's most recent Zillow Reviews--up to ten--will be pulled into their website real-time and displayed along with any on-site reviews we have for that associate. Watch our video to learn about the simplicity of the set up process.
Zillow Tech Connect
With this update we now rely upon the Zillow Tech Connect CRM API for feeding leads directly into the DeltaNet platform. Watch our video to learn how to make the connection.
