Zillow and Trulia Feed Merger Announcement
As a result of the Zillow and Trulia merger that took place in early 2015, Zillow Group will now be processing all data feeds sent to them for display on both Zillow and Trulia websites.Â
Delta currently offers separate feeds to Zillow and Trulia, but we will be making some modifications to the way these feeds are described and accessed in the DeltaNet™ as follows:
- Zillow feed will be renamed "Zillow Group" Â
- Trulia feed will be removed
- Trulia Agent Roster feed will be unchanged at this time
If you are currently subscribing to both the Zillow and Trulia feeds- the Trulia feed will simply be disabled.
If you are only subscribing to the Zillow feed- nothing will change with the exception of the name of the feed in the DeltaNetâ„¢.Â
If you are only subscribing to the Trulia feed- a new Zillow Group feed will be activated for you and your Trulia feed will be deactivated.Â
No action will need to be taken by Administrators. Once this process is completed, listing data will be syndicated to both Zillow and Trulia through the single feed. If you want listing data to be syndicated to just one of those sites instead of both, you will need to contact Zillow Group directly to have them limit the way your feed data is processed. We plan for this process to be completed by the end of January.Â
