How the Right Partnership Can Help Fuel A Company's Growth

My name is Sandra Troccoli, and I have been working directly with Delta Media Group since July 17th, 2009. So, our story is a long story, our story started in 1997, as two competing real estate companies in Lancaster County that decided to stop competing with each other, and join forces, and become the market leader, and thus home sale real estate was born.
Our company spans South Central Pennsylvania, we have 27 offices, and we also span the Northern part of Baltimore, so, more succinctly stated, we are in South Central Pennsylvania and the Northern Maryland area, Baltimore County and North. And we have about 27 offices, about 1,100 full time and part time agents combined. Employee count, we're about 300 to 350 employees company wide globally, with all of our ancillary services that we have.
And, the number of transactions annually, leads us to a sales volume of about two billion a year. Through our journey, and our partnerships with different vendors along the way, our real significant growth as a company came when we were able to partner with Delta Media, which enabled us to increase lead volume and lead flow to our agents, and made us more successful, and allowed us the opportunity to evaluate other areas that we could branch into as a company, so Delta Media was our partner when we started looking at the Maryland market, and they have been a significant part of our success in our Maryland market, where we purchased a company that was not necessarily the market leader, but Delta Media has helped us really, strategically become a significant player in the Baltimore Maryland area.
