My name is Sandra Troccoli and I have been working directly with Delta Media Group since July 17, 2009. One of the really wonderful things about Delta Media is they are, I've used the word partner and vendor a lot, and there's a distinct different between being a vendor and being a partner. Delta Media is most definitely a partner. They are heavily invested in our success because our success means they've become successful. The tools that they provide to use allow us to grow. They allow us to offer more to new agents who aren't a part of our organization. What Delta really does well with us is they help us strategize. Sometimes, we have visions of where we would like to be, and often times that path is not really clear. And sometimes, it requires some really serious thinking about, we're here, we want to be here. How do we make that transition from today to tomorrow? What tools are we going to need to get there? What tools will our agents need to leverage that will help them to their next level of success?

It's really important that your vendor become your partner because their success is your success and vice versa. Strategizing on how you get from where you are today to where you want to be is not only critical for us, it's also critical for Delta Media. They are tremendous at helping us see around the curve when it comes to technology. We're not always able to see what's around the bend. Them being a scout for us, so to speak, really is a win, win for us because it allows us to, not only invest further with them in the technology platform, and help them create additional tools that the system may not have today, so they grow by us growing. That strategic relationship that we have together is really a win, win.
