Greetings and welcome to another edition or another episode of Tech Tuesday, presented by Delta Media Group, where we're okay with the fact that Marty McFly can go back in time and prevent his own existence, thereby preventing him from existing to go back in time to prevent his own existence to begin with. Because at the end of the day, the story is really just about what a wild-eyed scientist can do with two tons of stainless steel and 1.21 jigawatts.
So moving on, what we're going to do is take a look at one that is relatively simple today, kind of a quick and easy one for you. Now that I confused you with time travel talk. This one is actually gonna be the a mortgage listing system or not really the mortgage listing system, but the mortgage logo system, in order to have mortgage company logos or mortgage broker logos displayed on your listing detailed pages.
So let's go into the Delta Net and take a look. So what we're gonna do is we're actually going to add a mortgage logo link and a little bit of text to our listing detail pages. So to do that, we're going to scroll down here to website and then listing display. And then up here at the top we have all of the information for the mortgage listing link.
So to set this up, I'm just going to type in what I want the link address to be. So this will actually generally be either a link to or the URL of your mortgage company's website, or sometimes if you're working with a mortgage lender, they'll give you a link specifically to their page or specifically to a capture page, something like that. But they'll be able to provide you with a URL to use here.
Yours won't be YouTube, but it's the first thing I could think of. Next we can give the link a title. So you can see an example here just to give you an idea of the kind of thing that would make sense here. So get preapproved, like I already typed in everything. And then we can put it in a little caption that'll show up below our logo.
And then down here we can choose the file that we actually want to use as our mortgage logo. So I'm going to click on choose file and we'll go up here to, I have this little test logo here, open and then update.
And there you go. So now you can see that it tells me that my settings were saved successfully. I have the link address. Everything in here's all filled in. And that's really all there is to it. Once you have that entered in the calculator section on each of the listing detailed pages on your website, you'll be able to see this particular mortgage logo.
Now if I go over here, this is actually a different test page, but just to give you an idea where this will show up. Go ahead and refresh the page. Now this will show the logo that's attached to this account, not the one I was just on, but if I scroll down, we can see here on the estimate your payment section. We have our mortgage calculator, our pie chart, all our information. And then right here is where that logo will show up. So the picture itself, when you click on that, that'll link through to the mortgage company's website, which, whatever URL you set there, you have some information for this caption here. So whatever caption you entered and then that mortgage link title is what fills in on the button itself. And the button links to exactly the same place it's graphic does. So there you go.
That's all there is to it. You just set that up. Now you have the mortgage link logo showing up on all of your listing detail pages. So as always, thanks a lot for joining me. I told you this is going to be a quick and easy one today, and sometimes we all need kind of a quick and easy one, right? So thanks a lot for joining me.
