Delta Media Group's patent-pending Quick Actions™ is revolutionizing real estate CRMs. The most advanced all-in-one platform in real estate.

Video Transcription

Franklin:

DeltaNET 6 brings to the industry, a new first for Delta. We've always been innovators, putting up the very first website with searchable MLS data and photos back in 1994. And now we're introducing, in 2020, DeltaNET's patent pending Quick Actions. No longer do you need to know where something is in your technology platform, or how to use it, how to get there and make 6 clicks to figure out how to create a flyer. Inside of DeltaNET, with our patent pending Quick Actions, you can just type in our search bar "add customer," and it creates a popup modal, right on the screen where you can add that customer to your CRM. Gone are the days of 20 hours' worth of training to be able to utilize a CRM, when today, all you need to do to train your agents is say, "As long as you know what you want to do, you click the DeltaNET button, you're logged in and you type in your search bar what you need to do, and the system helps do it for you.

Harley:

We're always trying to work out ways to improve agent adoption. And our thoughts behind that are to just simplify the process. I mean, if you make this easy to use, if you make the barrier to entry so low, then agents will want to adopt it. The benefits that they'll get from using the platform will far outweigh the amount of effort they have and the amount of time they have in going in and using it, going in and setting it up and learning how to use it.

Harley:

So DeltaNET Quick Actions were a way that we could make it so that any agent could just pick it up and go straight to where they need to go, without even really thinking about it, without any training there. Just type in the address of a listing and it'll pop up the listing and you can click on it and go straight into that edit listing page to add photos or make changes to it. So the whole point is making the workflow as quick and simple as possible, and we think it's going to be a huge success, and it's going to simplify the lives of a lot of agents out there.

Franklin:

So we've been asked why did we create our patent pending Quick Actions inside of DeltaNET 6. Really, the idea came to us when we were building off our customizable dashboards inside of our new CRM. And we realized we wanted to take that idea even one step further to make it as easy as possible for agents to take advantage of the technology powering our all-in-one technology platform. And really what happened was while utilizing a way to figure out how to hide settings so you didn't have to see settings every time you were logged into the DeltaNET, we created a functionality where you were able to search for settings and change them like you would on your cell phone.

Franklin:

If you pull out your iPhone and you go to your settings tab and you start typing something, it takes you to that section of your iPhone settings. And so we applied that same kind of logic to a CRM, but instead of it needing to actually take you to that section of the CRM, of the DeltaNET, we wanted it to just pop up right on your dashboard, so you could actually do everything you need to do inside of the CRM. Fight on the same screen you hit when you log in, if you type in the search bar, "I need to add a new customer" or "add a new to-do," it actually pops up right there on your screen, where you can take advantage of the technology and the platform without needing to go, click on customers, click on add new customer.

Franklin:

It's streamlined into just one click without ever needing to leave that primary dashboard. And that's really how the Quick Actions came to be.

Harley:

If you're an admin and you're doing trainings, know that you have those features at your disposal. Know that it's not just a matter of where you set up the tiles for your agents, go to this page, go to CRM, and then click on "add customer" or click on "manage customer." All you have to do is type in "customer," and it's going to take you straight there.

Franklin:

We've always aimed to do more through technology to make agents' lives better. And I think with DeltaNET 6 patent pending Quick Actions, we've definitely made that a reality.
