Headquartered in Jacksonville but serving buyers and sellers from Central Florida to Southern Georgia, Watson Realty Corp. relies on the latest technology to keep the business running. The brokerage has been a Delta Media Group® partner for over three years and is also a member of The Realty Alliance. Delta manages their brokerage and property management websites. Spread among 46 offices, Watson Realty Corp. has over 1,100 agents and is constantly growing. In 2023, Watson Realty Corp. transitioned its agents from the DeltaNET® 6 CRM to DeltaNET® 7. The platform is referred to as ProLink+ internally.
The cultivation of years of hard work by Delta Media Group's development team, DeltaNET 7 was designed to be the most automated, most personalized, and easiest-to-use all-in-one CRM platform in the industry, and includes several new, distinctive tools like Delta Pitch, Delta Create, and DeltaNET® Academy. As with all upgrades Delta Media Group makes, the goal of DeltaNET 7 was to improve the lives of our brokerage and agent clients by supplying them with the greatest tools available to grow their businesses and strengthen their quality of customer service.
Regarding the transition, Walker Ragland, Watson Realty Corp.'s Senior Marketing Manager, says, "[It was] overall, very smooth. We just had to work through that initial process of assuring the agents this isn't a whole new system; this is just an upgrade to the existing one. So once we got that message out, people were excited to see what the upgrades were."
One thing about DeltaNET 7 compared to the sixth version of the all-in-one CRM platform is that everything is further streamlined, simplifying navigation. Ragland has found this update extremely helpful in getting agents at Watson Realty Corp. to adopt new tools and features they didn't use with the previous version.
"With how easy DeltaNET 7 is and how visually streamlined it is, we are seeing a lot more people use ecards and other pieces and tools in the system that they didn't use before, maybe because they found it too difficult to navigate or what have you," he explains. "But now that we've got a streamlined process in place and we were able to manipulate where each tool is, they can easily find the tools. So we're seeing them engaging with the tools more and engaging with their business that way."
The agents at Watson Realty Corp. are particularly fond of Delta Create, a vast suite of creative tools where anyone can create marketing materials such as flyers, listing brochures, email graphics, and more using easily customizable templates.Â
"What they really liked was Delta Create," says Ragland. "We call it Creative Studio 2.0 on our end, but they like the upgrades to that. It's a lot simpler, cleaner, less things for them to sort of get in the weeds about. So we've been getting good feedback about that. People are working through it and making flyers, social media content, you name it. They seem to be enjoying that."
DeltaNET 7 is more advanced, featuring far more automation than previous versions of the Delta-made platform and all other all-in-one real estate CRM platforms available in the current marketplace. At Watson Realty Corp., the agents have found that the automated tools truly save them tons of time and energy.Â
"The ones that we've labeled as 'automated,' such as Social Connector, My Customer for Life, and the email campaigns, are the ones that they always want us to help get set up," says Ragland. "They can set it and forget it. They're engaging their customers. It saves them a ton of time by remembering birthdays or home purchase anniversaries and staying in touch with their sphere with little to no effort."
Ragland has also noticed that since switching to DeltaNET 7, more agents are engaging with their websites and customizing them than ever before since doing so has become so much simpler.Â
He notes, "A lot of them are engaging with their websites more, making customizations, and tweaking their sites. Before, it was a lot of our team going in and making those changes for them. But now, I'm thinking with the way ProLink+ is set up, they're able to engage with it. It's a little more easily understood. So they're able to get in there with little instruction and start tweaking their website to how they like it, really making it more personal and look like them."
Ragland believes the platform is unique in being made specifically for real estate agents, giving them precisely the tools they need for their business. The way the DeltaNET interface was configured also makes it more effective, considering agents can customize their platform to include what they specifically use daily and omit the rest. This helps them stay focused on certain features without getting overwhelmed.
"As opposed to an off-the-shelf CRM that may not be specifically tailored to the real estate market, DeltaNET 7 is really perfectly curated for what our agents need to engage their business," Ragland explains. "It's obviously tailored for real estate agents specifically. There's no bloat there, and any tool that we don't particularly need or use, we can just hide that tool away. We can focus on the ones that our agents respond well to."
According to Bill Watson, what sets Watson Realty Corp. apart from the other brokerages in the Florida and Southern Georgia real estate markets is their "commitment to legendary quality service." By updating their CRM to DeltaNET 7, they have certainly continued this mission. Through new and improved automation, website customization, and simplified navigation, they can once again enhance their customer service for their buyers and sellers, granting them the highest quality service possible.
