Don't you wish you could see all of your open support tickets and past support tickets in one location?
With DeltaNet 5 you can.
As long as you have Root Administrative Access you have access to view all open, closed, and waiting tickets. Simply login to the DeltaNet and click on 'Support' under the Admin Home Section and you'll see a list of your tickets similar to the screen shot below. By default the system displays a list of open tickets. Within this list you can click on the ticket Subject and you'll see the email history of the ticket. This tool is very helpful in keeping busy administrators more organized!
