The Training Playbook That's Creating the Next Generation of Top Real Estate Producers

Let's start by answering the question everyone's asking in late 2025: AI will NOT replace agents. However, while AI may not replace agents entirely, those who treat AI like a brilliant, tireless partner are already replacing those who don't.

I've lived this firsthand. My own team adopted AI aggressively one year ago. Today, the same people produce roughly three times the output in the same (or less) time. They aren't working harder — they're working smarter with an assistant that never sleeps, never forget...

Relationships are everything in the real estate industry. From understanding a client's dream home to celebrating a successful closing, the social aspect of being a real estate agent defines the profession. At Delta Media Group®, we've spent over three decades innovating for real estate professionals, and today, artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming how agents connect with clients, market properties, and grow their businesses. In today's digital landscape, a silent war rages beneath the surface of every website you visit. Recent studies reveal a startling truth: nearly half of all internet traffic isn't human — it's automated bot traffic. Even more concerning, roughly one-third of all web traffic comes from "bad bots" designed with malicious intent. In some countries, like Ireland, these malicious bots account for over 70% of all web traffic.

But what exactly are these bots, and why should you care? While some bots serve legitimate purposes — like Google's search engine crawlers that help people find your website — many others have more nefarious goals. These bad actors constantly probe websites for vulnerabilities, a...

Have you ever heard the saying: The more things change, the more they stay the same?

I had that feeling this morning after viewing Mike DelPrete's presentation from Inman Connect, which is an unfiltered assessment of where the industry stands today and what agents can do to find success.

Twenty-four years ago, I started an intentional journey to try and change the real estate industry. I wanted to bring technology to an industry that was grossly lacking advancements and automations. In many ways, this effort has been successful but in many others, we still have a long way to go.

One of the greatest change...

At the end of this year, I will have spent the past 24 years of my life focusing on technology in the residential real estate vertical. When I first entered the real estate vertical, I was a 28-year-old technology "outsider" who was fortunate to get paired up with a business partner that was a long-standing industry "insider" who seemed to know everyone and everything residential real estate related. Better yet is this business partner truly loved the real estate industry, what it does for people, and how technology could transform and modernize the real estate business.

Today more than ever I am fully convinced that many of the key issues facing our industry 24 years ago still go unaddressed in a transformative manner. Even worse is that we know the answers to many of the questions we had wh...
