The Processed Leads Report (screen shot below) has been updated in the DeltaNet. These updates provide expanded functionality from all devices, gives easier access to more actions and data, and improves usability.

The changes made include moving and grouping all action items into one 'Actions' Menu making it easier to take action on each client. Also changed was splitting up the name into First Name and Last Name and providing the ability to sort by first or last name directly within the report. We also added the customer email address to the report and the request time zone to the times on the report.

All of these changes were made to improve Sales Associate usability base on feedback.
