Each month we spotlight one team member to give our website visitors a glimpse into the lives of the extraordinary people that work together at Delta Media Group. Meet Franklin Stoffer, Director of Business Operations for Properties in Motion and Business Development Representative.

Here's what Franklin had to say.
How long have you worked at Delta Media Group? Â
I have been working with Delta Media Group for over two years.
What is your role at Delta Media Group?
I have a little bit of a unique situation as I've been in multiple roles with Delta Media Group. I was initially hired in to our Technical Support department before moving into the Head of Business Operations role for Properties in Motion. Late last year I finally transitioned into my current role, which is "Director of Business Operations for Properties in Motion and Business Development Representative." Quite a mouthful!
What is your favorite thing about working at Delta Media Group?
My favorite thing about working with Delta Media Group is that no work week is the same. Sometimes when I come in I might be spending most of the day investigating new features to add to our Properties in Motion platform and crunching numbers for budgets. Other days I'll be hitting the phones doing cold calling to find new prospects. My personal favorite things are the travel to all of the different trade shows like LeadingRE, NAR, and Inman Connect.
Before working at Delta Media Group, what was your most unusual job?
Prior to working with Delta, I only held a couple of different jobs but I'd say the most "unusual" was the 8 months I spent working at Bungie, a video game developer, in Bellevue Washington. I was a Quality Assurance Tester and spent 8 hours a day playing through the game logging bugs and making sure everything was perfect before it was sent out for the public to play! Not many people can say they were a part of working on a Triple A title which was the most anticipated game of the year.
What do you like to do outside of work?
My two main hobbies in life are spending time with my family traveling and having adventures. I have a beautiful wife and two year old daughter and we enjoy going to Cavs games, spending time shopping at different mall outlets, and just seeing more of the country.
My other main hobby is video gaming. I'm a massive gamer at heart and between work and family life I still try to squeeze in an hour or so a day to get my fix. I'm currently loving Destiny 2 and Cuphead!
Where are your favorite places to go on the web?
I spend the majority of my time online on reddit.com. There is just a huge variety of subreddits focused on different interests so you can really lose a lot of time there. Usually I'm in the NBA subreddit checking out how different teams are doing throughout the season.
If you could meet anyone—past or present, who would that be?
I think I'd really like to meet Shigeru Miyamoto, the founder of great video game series like Super Mario, The Legend of Zelda, Donkey Kong, and Star Fox. He is massively talented and continues to make great games that inspire children today. I think I could learn alot about creativity from him!
