You can tell when someone walks into a property when that becomes a home to them. Their face lights up. They start envisioning where their furniture is going to go. They already start making plans. Owning a home, it's really the American dream.
Before we became a Delta Media partner, our vendor that we were working with, they didn't provide the platform, tools and services that we needed for our customer which is our agent. We showed up on page seven, eight or nine in Google search results. That's clearly not acceptable. Our agents were screaming they couldn't find our listings. They couldn't find our company. We couldn't find our company and that's never good for your seller when you can't find your seller's listing on Google.
Our ultimate goal is to sell properties. When you can't find the property on Google, that's a little bit challenging. Delta really focused on that for us and I am so happy to report that we are on page one today. It's not every single listing but I would say it's just about every single listing. Our sellers are happy about it. Our agents are ecstatic about it. Our agents have confidence in us as a brokerage that we've partnered with the right company to get results for them and so they don't have to think about it. That's a win-win. When your agents don't have to think about a problem, that's a good place to be.
Homesale operates in South Central Pennsylvania and the Northern Baltimore area in Maryland. We have 27 offices, 1,100 part-time and full-time agents, 300 to 350 full-time employees and an annual sales volume of $2 billion. To be the full service brokerage that your agents want you to be, that your customers, home buyers, home sellers need you to be and want you to be, you really need to be using a platform that embodies all of the elements that a real estate agent is going to need, all of the tools they're going to need. Our previous website, if we were a 50,000 unique visitors a month, we were ecstatic. We're at 200,000 unique visitors per month with Delta Media. It makes us off the roof happy about it. It's really great.
I'm really excited to see what the future holds for us. From a technology perspective, the one thing I do know about technology is it's ever evolving and Delta has very clearly depicted for us that they get that and they are wholly focused on making sure they can see around the bend for us, give us a heads up on what they see coming, strategize with us on how we can best utilize what's coming down the pike and help us get to the next level.
Delta has been a tremendous partner for us. They're not just a vendor. They're a partner no doubt.
