My name is Sandra Troccoli, and I have been working directly with Delta Media Group since July 17th, 2009. The lifeblood of our company is our agents. They're our customer. Without them, we don't have a business, so we try to provide all the tools and services that they are going to need to do their business. An agent, they kind of run their own business within our infrastructure, if you will. Our building's, is their home away from home. It's where they meet their clients. It's where they cultivate relationships. It's where they do their marketing and their prospecting, their phone calls. Sometimes they'll make a pit stop here to just print off a contract and race off to the next appointment, so it's important that we're able to provide an environment and the tools, technology tools, that will make them successful.
It's how we retain. It's also what we use to attract new agents to our company, and when we can demonstrate that the tools and services that we have and the platform that we have generates leads and provides the ability for them to stay in touch with their customers, it allows them to communicate with past customers, to market to new customers, to send new listing emails to prospects that they just met at an open house last Sunday, those are the types of things that are attractive to real estate agents and make them want to stay. They feel that their employer, if you will, has a vested interest in their success, and it's the type of environment that agents who aren't affiliated with our company want to come and join.
We're reaching a place, I think, in the evolution of real estate where consumers are expecting faster response times. Our platform, the whole website platform that we have through Delta Media allows us to provide information to consumers, the hours that they want to be looking at properties, and so we need to do better at delivering the leads to the agents in a more efficient fashion. When we're closed after 8:30 at night during the week, it's kind of difficult to call an agent when you're not there, you're not staffed, so we need a system that had flexibility for our long-term goals being able to automate lead delivery to agents, and the system has all of those capabilities. It's really tremendous.
Some of the other items that the system does for us is, it has a whole CRM platform built into it, and for agents who are just starting in the business who don't necessarily have the funds to go buy Top Producer off the shelf or some of the other products that are out there, and they need something basic to start with that can grow with them, the Delta Media Platform has that capability. It has an eCard platform. It has email information that you can build a whole email curriculum that you send out to your customers. Lead delivery, of course, we chatted about. And its placement within Google Search results for our agents' sites, we have the whole agent site platform as well, not just the brokerage side.
We use the agent sites for our agents who want to have their own website who don't necessarily want to go to a BoomTown or some other vendor that's out there and spend thousands and thousands of dollars to build a standalone website. We can provide that for them through the Delta Media Platform, which is great, because it partners on the brokerage website, and all of the benefits that we've been able to generate in lead generation, SEO placement, and provide that in the same fell swoop with the agent site platform, which has been tremendous for our agents.
