To Dominate Your Market You Need The Right Team & Right Tech

My name is Sandra Troccoli and I have been working directly with Delta Media groups since July 17th, 2009. To really be the dominant player in your market place and to be the full service brokerage that your agents want you to be, that your customers ... Home buyers, home sellers, need you to be and want you to be, you really need to be using a platform that embodies all of the elements that a real estate agent is gonna need. All of the tools they're gonna need.
That is a dominant website, website that ranks high, has tremendous lead generation power behind it, that has the ability to automate lead delivery to the agent so that no matter the time of day or night that a consumer is online, that they're searching for homes, and they send a request through for information, they raise their hand. They want someone to be responsive to them. If you don't capture them quickly, they're moving on. They're moving on to another brokerage.
The platform that we utilize with Delta Media provides that cutting edge. It provides that ability to be the dominant player in our market place and the market place is a finite area. There are only so many houses for sale, there's only so many buyers and sellers, and so if you want to be the leader in your area, then you really need to have the tools and the platform and the website all working together seamlessly in providing them behind the scenes tools for the agents to, after they've connected with their customer, to continue to connect with the customer.
You start with the website generating the lead and then you have the ability of the site to automate the delivery of the lead to the agent so that the agent can take that lead and run with it and respond back to the consumer in a timely fashion. Then they have the follow up CRM tools to continue to market to that customer. To provide them new listing emails that are relevant to what they're searching for and to stay in touch then after you've transacted with that consumer, to then stay in touch with them long term, to stay top of line for when they're ready to make that next move, whether it's upgrading the size of their home or downsizing. Their family's growing, whatever their needs are, that you have the ability to stay in touch with them and meet those needs by providing a top notch system in order to communicate effectively with that customer.
In providing all of these tools and services, that can be an overwhelming task for a brokerage, an overwhelming task for a person who's responsible for providing that system and those tools. Delta Media has made my job, my life, so much easier. I don't have to think and second guess whether the system's working. I know the system's working. I know the system's working because my agents tell me, thank you for the leads. Thank you for making my listing show up on page one of Google search results. Thank you for allowing me to stay in touch with my customer that I just met in an open house because I got them signed up for home finder emails so it automates the process for me. You made my life as an agent easier.
When I hear feedback like that ... Wow. That makes my job so much easier. Delta has made my life much easier.
