No longer do you need to waste time with "needle in the haystack" searches. If your client wants a home with "36+ wide halls" and an "invisible fence" and a "stall shower," check those choices in Property OneSearch and Delta will do the rest. Your customer will receive the Home Finder emails tailored to their exact wishes.

You create client-specific results from local, participating Multiple Listing Services (MLS). These are dynamic searches whose information is updated regularly from MLS updates. Property OneSearch is not open for public use on a website. Only Sales Associates can obtain access to this information for their clients.

Here's how it works:
Our programmers did the heavy lifting for you by integrating detailed, MLS-specific filters into DeltaNet's Property Search. This feature makes region-specific criteria a "first-class citizen" in our search, broken out by MLS.
We have enhanced it even further by making it more intelligent and will change the options based on property category selection. Compare the Bayou MLS "Residential" and "Land" options in the screen below.
When searching selected criteria within a category, it is treated as an "OR" (The property has a dishwasher OR refrigerator).
When going between categories, the criteria are treated as AND. (The property has a (dishwasher OR refrigerator) AND carpet/vinyl flooring.
Because this is an MLS filtering search, and the same "thing" to a human may be slightly labeled/named differently between MLS's we are combining criteria across MLS's to get the most accurate results possible.
(It is in the Fort Polk MLS AND (The property has a (dishwasher OR refrigerator) AND carpet/vinyl flooring) OR (It is in the Bayou MLS and has a dishwasher).
